Returns & Exchange

Our Returns & Exchange Policy allows you to easily return the products purchased on the website within the specified return /exchange period.  You can raise the request within 48 hours of receiving the products.


RETURNS CRITERIA:

The returns request will be accepted only if the product is damaged or you have received a wrong product.

If you want to return a product, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. You can place a Return/Exchange request by emailing us at support@warmee.in or call us on +91- 97699 76699.

Once the request has been generated, the product must be returned to us within 7 business days (you will have to ship the product and we will reimburse you for the same )

Customers are eligible for full refunds if they return the product to us within the stipulated time. However, the refund is subject to a product quality check which will be conducted once we receive the product. Please make sure that the product meets the following criteria:

  • All items must be as received and unused.
  • All items must be dry (wet products will not be accepted )
  • All authority to accept/reject the return lies with W-Army
